Ray, from The Philippines, has none-existent nose bridge between his eyes. Combined with high brow bone, this is the kind of typical Asian nose that is hard to enhance with rhinoplasty.

  • Very low nose bridge between the eyes, sunken eyes and high brow bone
  • Flat and wide nose bridge
  • Wide nostrils
  • Wide nose wings

Our most challenging rhinoplasty case

Ray from the Philippines has very low, almost none-existent nose bridge. He also has high brow bone, sunken eyes, flat and wide nose bridge and wide nose wings.

Our rhinoplasty techniques include 1cm high silicone implant. Fortunately, Ray has ample muscle around his nose, otherwise the surgeon would have to opt for rib cartilage which was the only option. The surgeon lifted Ray’s nose bridge as high as possible with silicone implant to suit his high brow bone. His nose wings were also cut, to reduce the width of the nostrils.

Ray now has natural looking more prominent nose that suits his slated forehead. His nose tip is also tailored and nostrils not too flared. He now looks more attractive.
