          1. Consulte um cirurgi\u00e3o pl\u00e1stico altamente qualificado e experiente no ajuste de estruturas faciais com alto risco de complica\u00e7\u00f5es. Voc\u00ea discutir\u00e1 suas metas cir\u00fargicas, condi\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica e tratamentos<\/li>
          2. Os cirurgi\u00f5es avaliar\u00e3o seu estado geral de sa\u00fade por meio de exames de sangue, radiografia do t\u00f3rax e tomografia computadorizada da face. Voc\u00ea consultar\u00e1 um anestesiologista se precisar realizar a cirurgia sob anestesia geral.<\/li>

            • Aplique compressas de gelo em seu rosto por 30 minutos durante alguns dias de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o para reduzir o incha\u00e7o e aliviar o desconforto.<\/li>
            • Se voc\u00ea tiver uma incis\u00e3o cir\u00fargica oral, use enxaguante bucal com frequ\u00eancia para manter a boca \u00famida e evitar infec\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li>
            • Use uma roupa de compress\u00e3o facial por pelo menos um m\u00eas para apoiar o rosto, reduzir o incha\u00e7o e ajustar o formato do rosto.<\/li>
